Training Runs

We have a Klub training run every week on Tuesdays, starting at 7.15pm. We usually meet at a pub, so have a drink afterwards, or just come for a drink and a chat. The run usually lasts an hour or so. We try to go off road as much as we can although with the darker evenings we do tend to run on the roads and use local parks, green spaces. In the summer we try to vary the location as much as possible, including places as far a field as the Mendips and Cotswolds. Although we do have some fast runners in our group we always run as a group and make sure that no-one gets left behind.
