The second event in Bristol Orienteering Klub's Summer Informals Series takes place this Wednesday evening, 16th May 2007, at Clifton and Durdham Downs, Bristol. This informal event is ideal for beginners and novices of all ages. You don't have to be a member of a club in order to take part - new faces are always welcome. If you need help or advice please ask the organiser and/or helpers on the day. LocationParking on the Circular Road on the west edge of the Downs, just west of the junction with Ivywell Road at national grid reference ST563749:No BOK tent at this event, look out for the organiser's maroon Ford Ka! Start Times6pm to 7pm. Courses closes at 8.30pm.Entry FeesSeniors: £2. Juniors and full time students: £1.Note: Charges are "per map", so you only pay one fee if you run as a team using a single map.
